If you look closely, you'll see that Metal Sonic died not from Bowser's attack, but from his back giving out from carrying his entire team

Not only is the fight animated, but the whole thing was done by ONE GUY. Moro cooked for this one.

Fun Fact: Bowser is consistently trying his damndest to protect his army throughout the entire fight, up to literally tanking a DEATH STAR LASER to his face for them.

35:50 Fun Fact, The animator for this episode, MORO, confirmed that Infinite did survive on his Twitter.

Metal Sonic needs a chiropractor from how hard he carried the Eggman Empire

Death Battle's "SpongeBob vs Aquaman" is... probably their most hilariously one-sided episode with "Popeye vs Saitama" coming in second.

1:38 Eh, koopas are only defined by their shells.

He's likely a more powerful dragon-like species of koopa.  Paratroopas, hammer bros, spinies and even lakitus could also fall into koopa sub species.
The games have shown there are many types.

i HIGHLY recommend the Ash vs Yugi Death Battle, the music and animation are sooooo goated 🔥🫡

I always appreciate it when someone reacting to the battles just enjoy the fight through its entirety without constantly pausing it 👍🏻

Another one you NEED to watch is Simon the Digger vs Kyle Rayner.

If you want another Death Battle to react to, I highly recommend Kyle Rayner vs Simon the Digger.

4:55 that car’s from Wii U game super Mario 3d world, it’s actually a really good game

Really enjoyed your reaction, and fangirling for the sonic cast.  First time seeing one of your videos and instant sub.

And they used to do this on the older videos when the fights were really close.  But if they were to have 10 different battles eggmans team probably could have won 3 or 4 times.

Both Bowser’s car and Meowser are from 2013’s “Super Mario 3D World.” It got a modern rerelease in 2021 on the Switch and includes a new expansion, “Bowser’s Fury,” which of course is where Fury Bowser comes from.

39:24 Yeah. The entire community acknowledged how Metal carried the entire fight. 😅

44:39 They actually miscalculated this. From what I've heard, Sage couldn't find a way to beat the Titans WITHOUT Sonic. Not that she thought they were unbeatable all together.

Eggman's Forces at 100% of their power: Eggman, Metal Sonic, Sage, Infinite, the Death Egg, every Eggmobile, every Badnik
Eggman's Forces at 99% of their power: Metal Sonic

Oh hey, you finally reacted to the best modern Death battle episode! And honestly glad you enjoyed it, this episode to me is top 5, and the fact this episode is animated by one guy! (The Guy Being MORO, who has his own YouTube channel, does Animation stuff) which is insane to me, anyway, good reaction!

"I love infinite"

Things nobody has ever said outloud

This is the best Death Battle ever
