Back in the day, I was a judge. If you think that's an easy job, think again. This was the Golden Age of Bodybuilding. Too bad Bodybuilding is no longer on mainstream TV.

those older shows sure bring back the memories for me, the 80,s where a great time in bodybuilding imo

So good to see this after all those years. BB was amazing back then and the athletes all had real muscle. No oil, great separation and character. That is all gone now, including the excitement.

The intro is awesome ❤
I really miss this show and the fact that it's was a NY show was great 😊

Good show. I always wondered if Gary Strydom wore a hair piece. Sometimes he looked like he had a full head of hair and other times he looked like he was thinning on top. Regardless he was a good looking guy. I also enjoyed Dave Hawk. Two of my favorites.

And I thought Greg Kovacs or someone heavy are a thing in the mass monster game.. this was 80s and they have 270 lbs competitors.. damn

Loved the black background instead of today's silly lazer show and sponsors flooding it.
