Looking at your training you should be able to make elite 15! And you have the potential to become world champion. Just don’t get injured. 😅

I don't think you need to run 100km per week. Risking injury and probably reducing the quality of your gym sessions. As far as I know most of the elite 15 guys are around 70km per week.
