I can't pin comments apparently, sorry...
- little variety
- At low difficulty, there's no challenge and systems like itemization and alchemy become pointless
- at high difficulties, enemies have so much health that it breaks the immersion. The sword is meant to be sharp and the dismemberment animations show it, so it feels off when you suddenly need 10+ attacks to kill a basic enemy.
I think the game would be better if player damage was similar to story mode and enemy damage similar to Death March. Add then active blocking for humanoid enemies, and the combat would be genuinely good.

I don't suppose you could make a new one based on the remastered version? I suspect a lot of people are either playing for the first time or returning after many years and struggling after playing very different games, such as souls-likes in my case.
