This knowledge was available almost 40 years ago, and today we are still in an abusive system, society, culture, religion, school system, education, families, people. Even more, the number of narcissists and psychopaths is increasing.

Codependency is very hard to understand from the inside of it.
We see the world through our addictions.
Codependency is not people-addiction. It makes all of our relationships destructive because it’s an overreaction to what’s outside of me, rather than reacting to what’s inside me.
