I didn’t know the names in the name generator box were real names for them, I thought it was random 🥲 Here’s what their default baby names were:
Adeline - Ellie
Balor - Sterling
Caldarus - Tephra
Celine - Rowan
Eiland - Astrid
Hayden - Wilder
Juniper - Rune
March - Fray
Reina - Cedar
Ryis - Kam
Seridia - Brid
Valen - Torin

Baby: [starts crying]
Me: [puts the baby on my back] I know what you want. Children yearn for the mines! 😊😂

Great Bird: Take care of your wife while she's pregnant.
Almost every man: Of course! Don't worry about it!
March: You think I wouldn't?! Who the fuck do you think I am?!

Caldarus says the sweetest things when the player is pregnant, bringing them restoration potions for morning sickness, foods for cravings, and feeling their belly. And Seridia says she can't believe Caldarus wanted to procreate 😂

Lol I love that March's daughter has angry brows....... Bro's grumpiness is genetic 💀 (I am still gonna marry him tho)

If you talk to March while you’re pregnant, he actually gives you a baby name suggestion for if it’s a girl based on a childhood story he liked. If you choose that name you get unique dialogue!

The baby looking like they were pasted on the character portraits is so funny

It's so cute how the hair of Adeline's baby matches Eiland's hair and the hair of Eiland's baby matches Adeline's!

Awww Eiland and Adeline, their kids look like each other! Eilands looks like Adeline and Adeline’s looks like Eiland, they have the other hair color! So cute! Thanks for uploading this!

It’s not really surprising that Seridia and the Great Bird know each other. She did boast that she has and will be reborn again and again so for the Great Bird it’s clearly a reoccurring event and very surprising that they saw each other outside of her being reborn again 😂😂😂

Like it’s all: “Back again?”

“I’m gonna go be Queen of witches”

“Alright, see you in four hundred years.”

Later

“Where the HECK is she???”

The babies just floating over the characters portraits when you talk is so fucking funny to me XD

I love the fact they have a pre determined name and gender. It reminds me of the children in Animal Parade who had their own distinct personalities and appearance so I’m hoping Fields Of Mistria goes the same route in later updates. Also the portraits being the baby just added on is so funny to me lol.

I was so curious how Valen's birth would go since she's usually the midwife for the others! Love that she calls Josephine, after having 3 kids of her own it makes sense she'd know what to do 😂❤️ I've had 3 kids too, and by the last one I spent most of my labor on a yoga ball watching reruns of Psych lol, you kinda know what to expect by that point. Thank you for putting in all the hours to save us from marriage candidate FOMO!

thank you so much for uploading all of the proposals/marriages/babies!! i have been so conflicted on who to marry because they're all so lovely but this helped me choose balor!! he is so sweet 💖
i also wanted to point out that adeline and eiland's daughters resemble your spouse's sibling! their default names also start with the same letter as your spouse's sibling (ellie for adeline and astrid for eiland) :> i love that they take after their aunt/uncle

I'm one of those people who isn't a fan of the having children mechanic in farm sims, the babies usually are kinda in the way and in some cases make the game more glitchy 🤣the spouses ask you again and again after a certain period of time no matter how much you say no until you give in😂 but Fields of Mistria is definitely a game i'll have a baby lol not only doesn't disturb the gameplay but there are tons of conversations around them!! And they are so cute!!!! Same for the wedding!! It makes you want to have them haha❤
