The Trump DOJ, which is getting nailed for misconduct in Courtrooms all over the US,bringing ETHICS complaints against federal judges is RISIBLE. If Todd Blanche was unbiased & operating the DOJ without fear or favor, as he should be, he wouldn’t have TIME  to run all over the place campaigning for the GOP. Hatch Act violators, like Blanche, shouldn’t throw stones.

Mr. Weissmann's reference to Bkanche's conduct and specious argument as Thing 1 and Thing 2 , respectively, reminded me of the characters in Dr. Seuss's , The Cat in the Hat.  Although it appears unintentional, his allusion hits the mark.
