PLEASE can we get the uncut footage of Tom setting up the ledge I AM BEGGING YOU

putting an offwidth/chimney feature into a comp is something only RedBull would dare to do

You can tell by Tom's helmet's jaunty angle that he's the cool trad dad. 😎

Freakin portaledge built into the route exactly where you camped, but guess that would count as aid. Great vid, boyz.

"You can't force crack on people. People have to come to it willingly." ~ Tom Randall, 2024.

Redbull: Hey, Wide Boyz! Want to preview our dam multi pitch route this year?
Wide Boyz: Hell yeah! Can we climb it at night, and camp on it with a portaledge???
Redbull: Um, well, yeah, I guess. If you want to....do you need to?
Wide Boyz: Video idea
Redbull: Ahhh, video idea. Kay....

Quarter million subscribers, 300+ videos, 2 of the most elite crack climbers and climbing educators…..and they have a janky 30 year old porta ledge.    Every single company who produces portal edges would send you one for free if you asked.

Yes we all just had a meeting and agreed to watch Tom struggle. Take it easy Pete 😂

Tom and Pete are ecstatic to finally see a full length crack appear in the Dam, meanwhile the village below are fleeing for their life 😂

"more cracks to more people in the world"
"And that's a good thing?"
"That's a very, very good thing!"
had me dying!

you brought a razor????! of all the tings XD

"Hey Pete, how is that shipment of big crack volumes going?"
"It's ready for delivery, Tom"
"Good! Who's the buyer?"
"Redbull"
...
"HOLD ON A SEC"

I didn’t realise how overhanging it was until I saw the tagline flying away!

Multi-pitch crack climbing Olympic discipline 2124!

Just for perspective; you getting 4 m (of crack put up in an international competition) in 10 years, that is approximately twice as fast moving as the techtonic plates of continental crust move away from each other in the spots, were they move the fastest.
So in a couple of millions of years you will have gone far 👍👍👍
Keep up the good work, the idea of crack climbing in competitions will grow!

Best video to wake up to. Loved seeing them struggle on the face climbing and watching Tom grab a draw to clip. 😂 Made my whole day.

4m of climbing in 10 years! had me rollin'

The exposure on that wall looks absolutely insane - no real rock features to break it up and make it feel less intimidating, just pure smooth concrete with a few random bits of plastic sticking out!

"I ❤ crack" is a funny slogan 🤣😂
