You should do a video where you go to the salon and get your nails done! That would be so helpful using words like "I usually take care of my nails" "im driving to the nail salon"  "I need to cut my nails" "short, long, natural, glam" "I made an appointment" "how much is the total and I want to put a tip". (wow, or even if you did a video going to the salon to get your hair done!!!)

Eu acho esses vídeos sobre o dia a dia muito legais, e acho o seu sotaque super agradável! Até agora, o seu canal é o que mais tem me ajudado a melhorar a minha compreensão oral. Muito obrigado!

Brazilian Portuguese is easier to understand because it is more measured. It is spoken syllable by syllable.

Que bom video. É perfeito aprender em contexto para reter as informações.

0:45 In English this is called 'L vocalisation' - we have it in our accent where I come from in the south east of England.

There's lots of cool similarities between my dialect and Brazilianese, including:

- Palatalisation of T/D before certain vowels (EG - tube/dune, continuar/saudade). Hence the 'it's chewsday innit' jokes.

- Non-rhoticity (which is where Rs are silent at the ends of words/syllables. altho this is rarer in Brazilianese than my dialect).

- The rare glottal fricative (usually represented by H in English and R/rr in Portuguese).

- "Oi!" - what a fabulous word, and somehow it means basically the same thing in both dialects.

Trés  belle vidéo , obrigado
