We are so back.

501st journal: not a word

Plot Twist: The 501st Journal is just a fanfic written by a clone who really wanted to be part of those battles.

Fun fact, outside Battlefront II, the Republic comic also mentions that the 501st was participated in the battle of Kashyyyk.

One thing to note here is that the 501st in canon and legends are completely different. In legends they were an elite legion wich reinforced other units and their sub units were scattered trough different fronts. Anakin only actually commanded them during order 66, never before, the sub units were commanded by different jedi generals each time, like Aayla commanded them on Felucia, Ferroda on Tatooine and Cato Neimoidia etc. But in canon they are Anakins personal unit, but only The Clone Wars 2008 retconned them to be Anakins unit.

The Clones are now staring at our Souls.

I like to imagine that 501st trooper can just teleport when needed, anywhere by voice.

501st trooper "When Supreme Chancellor Palpatine became the emperor, most clones went with the change, but some didn't."
Palpatine: "How did you get into my office?!"
Mace Windu: "Chancellor, you have a lot of explaining to do."

I'm impressed by the amount of high-level knowledge jokes and references. I don't think many people will understand the engineer and heavy trooper gag, but the better it is when you know.

The real reason Anakin needed the suit😂

“Well this sucks”

I understood that reference!

I love the reference to the 41st troopers that deployed alongside the 212th to Utapau. So many people missed their appearance in ROTS sinc ethey really only showed up in a few background shots.

This is the definition of if you know you know humor lol, I love it so much

"TO THE GELAGRUB!"

3:03
Bacara: "Wait, what are my men doing here?"
Galactic Marine: "What do you mean YOUR men, trooper? I'm the Clone Commander here!"
Bacara: "WHAT?!"

3:34 they forgot Anakin was already exempt and not to attack him

You'd think Palpitine gave the clones brain chips so they wouldn't shoot Anakin by accident during order 66, and yeah, that was part of it, but the real reason he put the brain chips in was so all the clones could hear each other's internal monologues.

There's no tactical reason for this, he just found it funny.

to be fair more small detachment of 501st in those battles from 501st journal in Expanded Universe timeline.

0:37 Lol that tiny Juggernaut, i need one!!
