You can now listen to this trance in Spanish! Link here: https://youtu.be/9RK-n5HAKHI

If you click on the settings icon in the top right corner of the video, then click on sleep timer and set it for 20 minutes. This way, you wont be woken up by YouTube automatically playing something else or an advert after this has finished

To all the people complaining that they get woken up by ads at the end: if you create a playlist and add this video to the end of the playlist (so it’s the last video in the list) no ad will play at the end. I have a playlist called Sleep and have a few of these sort of videos saved. Whichever one I want to listen to I just drag it to the end of the list before I play it - this stops annoying ads that might disturb you when it finishes (although there will still be one at the start!😊)

People ask me what my secret is....i tell them paul mckenna....you are literally a national treasure...the impact on peoples lives is priceless....hope you know this, I really do.

omg i thought i was the only one struggling with manifesting 😩 i tried everything.. journaling, scripting, vision boards but nothing really shifted. then i heard about Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley on a podcast and gave it a shot and it literally cracked me open. things are flowing in a way they never did before.😭😭 if you’ve been stuck, it might just flip everything for you too 💖

You helped me stop stomping. Now you’re helping me with my insomnia and circadian rhythm. Thank you.

I’ve listened to dozens, if not hundreds of sleep hypnosis, meditations and sleep stories and I’ve never come across anything like this. As in, it not only works, I fall asleep so quickly that I don’t think I’ve heard past 5 mins of it. Quite incredible.

* I have come back to add to this comment. For the last 8 nights I have also slept completely uninterrupted for 7 + hours, which is unheard of for me.

It’s amazing. Having problems with falling sleep and tried this for the first time, I fell asleep before the video ended.

Please never let this video go offline - I'd never sleep again.

Manifesting honestly never made much sense to me, and after a while I started feeling like I was just bad at it. I took Elara Vance arche type quiz without expecting much, but the result was weirdly accurate. It actually helped me see what I’d been doing wrong. Just give it a try ❤️

Unbelievable insomnia for 30 years. No device scrolling anymore have this playing and you’ll  be changed. Best thing I’ve ever done for sleep! Thank you thank you

Not every month I can afford the YouTube subscription for no adverts so thanku so much for giving us this life changing journey for free & with no adds. I don’t think you will ever know how much that means. Much respect to you Sir

I'm just emerging from 2 months of horrific, debilitating insomnia. Medication from doctor didn't work, nor did over counter sleep aids. I was despairing. Went from waking in middle of night to not able to get to sleep at all. A few days ago I started listening to Paul's recording, what a difference. Sometimes I fall asleep during the recording, sometimes it takes a couple of sessions. My sleep isn't back to normal yet, but I'm getting there. It has helped me get over the fear of going to bed and not sleeping.

If you click on the icon in the right hand corner of the video .. you can turn on subtitles and read the hypnotism instead.

If need be, turn the screen brightness up for easier reading . .  Worked a treat for me!

Started with a CD in 2005-6 . 18 years on and off just before bed.  Thanks for uploading to youtube. Bluetooth sleep mask now in 2024. 😊

I was too focused to count and then I couldn’t sleep because I was scared to miss a number

I have never reached the end.. after 10 yrs it still gets me better the end!

This is a masterpiece,  Paul's slow deep voice mixed with the different audio tracks knocks me out.

I was raised in a boarding school London. I am from Spain but have lived 39 years in the USA. I want to go and see you so badly back to London so I can’t be treated by ONLY you! I have been saving all my life for it but still can not afford you. That’s how good you are! You are my hero 🦸!

This video has saved my life. I always come here to post this comment but whenever I need the video it is for a deeper meaning than just a comment.

I thank you Paul McKenna for this and I thank you for saving my life
