I’d just like to comment once again that I have severe and oftentimes debilitating anxiety and these meditations are the absolute ONLY thing that can get me to relax enough to sleep and as others have commented “these videos really do help many of us” and I feel as someone with mental health problems I can speak for a lot of us

When my husband went into a nursing home, finally passing, these gentlemen helped me thru this very difficult time. After his passing I did not sleep for awhile, then I remembered this group, I finally realized that I needed to listen to you again. Thank you for helping me find a way too get thru a very difficult time in my life.

Came back to this recording again, I'm a teenager with autism, adhd and quite bad insomnia I listened to this yesterday and after 2 weeks of not sleeping for more than 4 hours and waking up in anxiety attacks, I slept well last night for 9 hours to be exact which is pretty incredible for me. Thank you for making this video wish you guys were on spotify

I suffer with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and this recording helps me to get off to sleep. I only wish it was longer as at the end I am often awoken again by annoying high tempo ads 😔
