I've been making non traditional BBQ in my grills for years, Scotty! Pit Masters used to call pellet grills easy bake ovens, and I use mine like an oven a lot! It's keeps the house cool because I'm cooking outside where I love to cook! If you get a hint of smoky flavor, it's a bonus and I always try to get that hint of smoky flavor. And of course pellet grills make some tasty traditional BBQ, too! Those chicken thighs look fantastic and I bet they were mighty tasty! 😋😋😋

i MADE THESE LAST NIGHT AND THEY WERE FANTASTIC!  thanks FOR THE RECIPE!

My brother this is a must try recipe definitely love me some garlic chicken. Scotty don't you have one of those small electric choppers that would work for the garlic. Oh another idea how about you roast a head of  garlic ....that will get nice and creamy then you can add the salt n pepper and any other herb  with the olive oil and create a nice paste to smear over the chicken. Have a great weekend my brother.  Cheers 🍻

Good stuff , my favorite pit master.

That’s it… I’m doing this! Yep. Gonna try this with wings too. Thanks Scotty.
