Please don’t sleep on the tv series it’s canon and is really good

Also nica is played by Fiona dourif, the daughter of brad (the voice of Chucky) she becomes a series regular and fan favourite after this ❤

Fiona Dourif is amazing.

27:10 thats...thats the grandma 😭

JUSTICE FOR NICA!

Dont forget to watch the Chucky TV show. Follows the end of Cult Of Chucky!

14:09 why did they make him look like Trisha Paytas 😆

Also the reason when Nica stabs Chucky & his stuffing comes out instead of blood was because he wasn’t in the doll for long, it’s only blood in the past because it means he was in the doll for too long

I was never much for representation, but as a wheelchair guy myself, I adore how they portrayed Nica in this film. Her wheelchair is never the point of her character, it's simply a feature of her life. The way Fiona Dourif moves around in it looks so natural, making big swings with her wheels while keeping her back straight. She also stands up for herself when confronted by bigoted people (pun definitely intended) and we love that for her. I've seen so many wheelchair user characters and they're always either portrayed with this constant bitterness about their situation or you can tell the actor hasn't spent a single minute prepping for what being in a wheelchair must look like. It's in the little things, and it completely goes over the heads of people for whom it's not a lived experience (as it should!), but I really appreciate the work that's gone into making her character a beautiful example of a wheelchair user in a horror film. I hope Fiona knows how appreciated she is for this :)

Oh, and thank you for your wonderful commentary about it as well :)

Bruh that was Alice's grandma at the end lol

I remember a prank video from when  this was being promoted

There was a bus stop with a movie poster next to it.

When someone was at the stop, the sign’s lights would flicker and the good guy laugh would play.
After the bystanders became uneasy, a little person in a Chucky costume would break out from the sign and chase em with a knife

wow 2013 can't believe it's been 13 years since this movie came out

I love Curse and Cult. The end credits for both films just make you want to start the series all over again!

22:37 essentially yeah Charles is a complete monster of the highest level of evil

I love how you & chucky were gagged at andy at 27:57

27:24 I believe it’s the grandma

@28:21....yes we really did. To see the OG actor Alex Vincent back in the role of Andy was a total "OMG HELLLLL YEAHHHHHH" jump high moment. AND that is just a taste of things to come with Cult of Chucky and the Chucky 3 season tv series (which the TV series is canon so please don't skip out on that) continues even more. The 2019 remake, mehhhhh but to be a completionust you should still check it out

NICA MY BELOVED BEST GIRL!!!!! All time final girl fr, Fiona is such a legend in her own right

The cult curse curse cult conundrum

9:35 now we got us a movie lol!
