You came home for a reason. The universe wants you to spend more time with your niece and nephew right now. Never question how much influence you will have over them at the age that they are. So so happy for you!

Your neice and nephew will look back on these fond memories with their cool aunt for the rest of their lives! You are EXACTLY where you need to be. 🙂

Liz, you were meant to be home for a reason. surgery or not you are building memories with those kids. That's what is important.  Relax and enjoy your time home. <3

Sounds like you used information to make rational choices. No need to feel dumb. :) Glad your hand is getting better.

I wish I had a weird aunt who lived in the backyard when I was growing up!

What a blessing!  Your hand improvement is surely great news.  Happy to see you enjoy family time

Everything happens for a reason. We sometimes don't figure out that reason till much later.  Just go with the flow and enjoy every day.

You have a sibling that doesn’t abuse you and helps you live life by these ‘luxuries’,      Yeah you got it good. I’m all about living with the chickens. Best pet birds ever.

You know the old saying, Liz everything’s exactly the way it’s supposed to be. Acceptance. To me you did the best of both choices you planned for a surgery and came home you Saw improvement and you postpone the surgery just in case the improvement isn’t 100% while you’re home. You get to have this great time with your niece and nephew and see your family revisit all those mountains that you love in the white mountains and see fall on the East Coast. I can’t see where that made you stupid at all. You still have the opportunity to have. The surgery of improvement isn’t made to your satisfaction in the mountains in Colorado. Will be there next summer. Take care care you’re doing great.

Nice different wrinkle on your life, Liz. Your nephew and niece are adorable—kids are so much fun. And glad to hear your hand may finally be healing!

You really do seem to be living your best life. Keep it up! It’s that sparkling personality of yours that keeps us all tuning in for each new little chapter.

It’s good you came home for awhile. Spending the time with your niece and nephew will always be great memories for you and them. Enjoy New Hampshires beautiful colors.

Wow C and J have grown so much since "their first overnight" campout on the lake! One of my favorite Liz videos. Glad you're enjoying your time together ❤

Worse places to be than NH in fall foliage season!

Heal Liz 🙏

You didn't need to quit, you just really needed that hunky mountain biker guy from that one video to feel sensitive with.

I’ll bet Auntie Liz is non stop fun.😂 And surgeons like to surgeon. They can be enthusiastic and confident, which is what you want in a surgeon, but only at the appropriate time.

Do not feel stupid. You had no way of knowing your hand was going to improve, and the time with your family is rich. Enjoy and hope your hand improves fully!

I've enjoyed you showing us New England. Whatever you decide next, safe travels!

You’re such a beautiful person Liz enjoy life for a minute.🫶🌲🌹🪻🌻🕊️

You do what you need to do. It’s nice you spent time with your family. That’s really important ❤

I think you've got some kids who are happy their aunt is visiting!

Liz, maybe being home surrounded by the love of your family helped your body heal? ❤️
