・Cassis purée 70g
・Powdered sugar 20g
・Powdered gelatin 3g + Water 20ml

【Mascarpone Cream】
・Mascarpone cheese 85g
・Honey 10g

・Heavy cream (42%) 70ml
・Granulated sugar 10g

・Vanilla extract 1 drop
・Kirschwasser 1/2 tsp
