Well, it’s finally up. Thank you guys so much for supporting this series! Sorry it took a while but as you can probably tell, it was much more work than the others. What should we do next?

"I wonder what type of magic that is"
"It's Vanir"
"From Vanaheim?"
No Atreus. From fucking Detroit.

The idea that hundreds of souls in Valhalla are going 'Uh, where's my stuff?' because Kratos robbed their graves is absolutely hilarious!

Am I the only one that was a little disappointed when he didn't include the scene where Sindri throws Kratos an apple and Kratos rejects it by slicing it with the axe? For those that don't know, in ancient Greece someone throwing you an apple was an act of marriage proposal Lol

Edit: I KNOW it's not inaccurate, but it still would've been funny to hear him mention that

mimir debunking the mythologyguy nitpicks is so hilarious

Maybe his rage IS related to him growing up in a tough spartan regime and not bring able to focus on his dream of becoming a poet?
"RRRRAAAAAAH MY POETRY CARREER!!!!!!"

The meme "moves a pencil, the timeline" is literally Kratos' existence in any mythology he takes part in.

Kratos goes to Valhalla
That first guy he graverobbed: I know you're here, Kratos, you big fucking nerd. Where's my goddamn money?

I remember theorizing one of the reasons Modi freaked out when Magni died is because they're supposed to survive Ragnarock, and in killing Magni Kratos threw the whole prophecy out of line.

“Nothing happens to brok or Kratos when having the ring”

…..brok dies

…..Kratos brings about Ragnarok

I interpret the blood mead giving you a larger rage meter not as Kratos getting angrier but as him being able to control his rage more effectively for longer times without losing himself to it

A sign of growing wisdom

1:29:28 FUN FACT, the giants actually refer to Kratos as Fárbauti on the prophecy wall in jotunheim. While Kratos still isnt a giant, and instead a god, the game made sure that Loki's father was still named Fárbauti, even if it was only among the giants.

57:27 An interesting question that we actually got an answer for: The Blades of Chaos are cursed to follow Kratos no matter where he goes. They'll magically appear next to him when he's not looking if he tries to dispose of them. They were made with Primordial fire, so they reverted to their natural form when the Olympian gods died, along with their magic.

Honestly, the Magni and Modi thing IS accurate in this game.
Modi absolutely flips out as soon as Magni dies and asks "How did you ...?"
Both were supposed to survive Ragnarök and they know it, yet Kratos, who, let me remind you, slew the three Fates of Greek Mythology, ignored their fate and axed Magni anyway.

ARES, GRANT ME INACCURACIES IN GOW RAGNAROK! AND MY LIFE, IS YOURS!

1:01:21 I wonder if this was just Kratos lying to Atreus. If he said something like “I became a god and you were born one” then that would lead to nothing but Atreus having even more questions

"Baldur bleeds red blood in this game, despite the Gods in... wait a minute"

The idea of replacing Kratos's rage gauge with witty poetic quips is amazing

1:01:52
I think Kratos saying "I was born a god" is just his own idea or perspective of himself after learning that his father was Zeus at the end of God of War 2.

To be fair about the Valkyrie gunnr, Kratos was able to defeat the sisters of fate who were very against him winning, so I don't think Kratos really cares about those who decide things for him
