Won't be the last time 17 gets retired for a football team.

Special, special human being.

Superbowl or not, Josh Allen has created a legacy during his college days and is creating a legacy right now in his NFL career. I'm thankful to have Josh here in Buffalo, and I still pray for the day when he finally gets to step onto that SB stage and get the win. Go Bills!

When Allen retires, he'll have his number 17 retired in 2 different stadiums. Not too shabby for a 0* recruit

It’s so fitting that Josh Allen became famous in Buffalo, a forgotten small market team, and that brought Wyoming fame too.

As a Wyoming native, this encapsulates so well what Josh Allen means to the state. We couldn’t have asked for a better representative.

I’m so glad that having him at UW has led me to be a Bills fan for life.

Genuinely so thankful for Josh and all the good he does. This made me cry and all I know is Josh deserves a Super Bowl ring

I laughed, I cried, I laughed some more. How can anyone hate this guy. He represents small town USA.

As someone who grew up in Wyoming and went to UW while Josh was there I can't express how much he has impacted Wyoming. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Josh and the loyalty he has shown to the brown and gold. He didn't have to but he does because he truly cares. I will always root and support JA17. Thank you Josh from a Wyoming kid! Go Pokes and Go Bills!

So proud of Josh Allen. A humble (but Hungry) Man who has great competitive spirit. He is a class act and hasn't let any of the accolades go to his head. We love you Josh! You are an athlete who is truly an example for young people to emulate. Go Bills!

I love Josh Allen. My 6 year old son adores him and looks up to him. As a lifelong Bills, these are the good ol’ days. Cherish em. Regardless if we win a championship. Go Bills.

The Buffalo Bills changed the trajectory of the franchise for the price of the 12th overall pick and two second-rounders in 2018. That's what GM Brandon Beane sent to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the opportunity to select Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen. As a die hard Bills fan since 1971, I thank Brandon Beane every day for seeing what other NFL General Managers didn't in drafting Josh Allen. Well done Wyoming for honoring, and retiring JA17's jersey. 🏈

As a day one JA17 supporter I've never doubted him! Hes one of the most genuine, amazing human beings and the most elite QB to play the game. The love we have for Josh is undeniable! Hes always been our MVP!
