Thank you for taking us along on your little adventures - tiny little holidays for us, too. I try to take myself on "tourist" dates around my nearby country towns and back into the city, and it is always a delight. Great move (pun intended) on buying the rebounder/trampoline. It is wonderful, gentle exercise and neer feels like a chore, somehow.

Sometimes doing things in our local area is more fun and good for supporting our local culture than going on holiday. Never knew about the fact jumping is good for our calves and as a result circulation. Great if it will help with your problem.
