That’s your best yet boys. Blocker is such an icon of the game for us older fans. And that elimination segment was awesome as there’s not many
with the personal experience required to compare that group of champions but if Blocker says it’s Wally that’s good enough for me.

Blocker brings back so many memories good and bad, love him as the player a one club player and Balmain legend. The best interview so far, keep it up guys.

Blocker has one of the best Rabs impersonations I've ever heard.

Great chat lads. I didn't want it to end.
As a teen in the late 80s I used to watch Monday night league, a show here in New Zealand that showed a main game and highlights of the Winfield Cup from the weekends round.
This is where I fell in love with the Balmain Tigers because of Block and all the guys mentioned here.
My room had Balmain flags and pictures from Rugby League weekly on the wall because of these legends..
Blocker is a Hardcase, please have him on again.

Balmains grand final losses of 88 (Ellery Hanley taken out) & 89 (last minute try) were a tragedy. That team deserved to win a comp.

Gotta admire the big man. Some great stories you could listen to for hours. His stories about the Kangaroo tours and England are legendary. I remember that game he refers to when Sironen absolutely trounced the French from the kick off. It was actually hilarious.
