Pakistani is a beautiful country more than what we are told by western media. The people are so wonderful. Just seeing a lady cycling alone makes me feel a hope for today and tomorrow. Thank u Noraly for making us see what The fake news show us. Viva Pakistani 🇵🇰. Africa is watching you with joy. Humanity and human kindness on display. They gave u free water to drink and free meals sometimes. Where in Europe do u get that ? Viva Pakistani

"It's a woman! Yes, it is!" Priceless... 71 yr old American, married to an Indian in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. The roads are similar, but aI am shocked to see those giant Toyota vans on the road. Only seen them in Nepal. People are so nice, and their hospitality is wonderful to see. I wish Indian media wouldn't demonize the Pakistanis so much. Beautiful country, rich history and shared ancestry, in most cases. Bless you for showing us a different country, again, in such a non-judgmental way. A pleasure Noraly. And Thank you!

Now you’re in gilgit territory. I was there when I was 17. Years old. Now I’m 78 . I would love to go back and see it again. There are more vehicles than when I was there . Those mountains with the snow are the same ones I referenced to in an earlier text to you . When you get into them it will make you feel really small. They are awesome. I haven’t forgotten them all these years.

I was here in the summer of 2005, took a bus and van into China. Pakistanis are some of the friendliest people in the world. I never paid for a chai. The food is amazing. Happy trails.

Your journey through this part of Pakistan makes very compelling viewing; better than TV or Netflix. It looks like they had very heavy floods which have wrecked the roads, but still you got through it all OK with skill and bravery. Again you show us how the local people are nothing like western media would have us believe; they are respectful and helpful to you as a solo woman traveller. Look forward to seeing more. I don't know if anyone else noticed, but them two lads when they pulled up. The lad who was riding the bike made to hand gestures for eating but unfortunately our norlay never realised at time, im assuming there house must of been close by,,two amazing boys with bug smiles ❤️❤️

I first went to Pakistan in 1974 as a long haired hippie and on my most recent travels there, I was a shaven headed trekker.
One constant, certainly in the North, is the magnanimous hospitality and the mind-blowing scenery.
I wish I was there now!
