A flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv carrying 174 people, most of them Israelis, turned into a nightmare when the captain was stabbed inside the cockpit by his co-pilot. The plane plunged more than 17,000 feet in under two minutes.

Badly wounded, Indian Captain Smeet Machar made the decision that saved everyone on board. He opened the cockpit door.
This is a story of courage under fire and of the deep friendship between Israel and India. Jai Hind, Jai Israel.
