Great Legends.❤❤

Incredible..... Pure music is divine gift of goddess Saraswati....if someone has missed her presence....just view this

What an experience listening to this Kaunsi Kanhra as interpreted by the great duo Pt Ravi Shankar and Ustad Ali Akbar Khan...

There has not been a duo like this - each embellishing upon the raga built by the other. Reminds me of their hoary collaborations and the way they touched the soul. Note how both artistes use  the kharaj strings (or base strings) extensively and with great effect  throughout this recital and not just during the early stages of the alap, especially  by Panditji. This was a different era the like of which we are yet to see. Thank u very much for the upload.

god has created them for ever alive solo & duet
