I love how Uncle Phil didn't try to stop him from talking, didn't tell him to calm down, offer reassurance. He just agreed with him, stayed quiet, let him unleash everything he was feeling and he listened. Then embraced him at the right moment when he said "how come how don't want me, man?" to remind him of his worth.
This kind of emotional support can go a VERY long way for kids who have been put through this. They don't deserve to live with that chip on their shoulder, wondering what's wrong with them that their own parent doesn't want them

When Will calls his father Lou, it's clear as day he was out of his life forever. And the worst part? He actually deserved it.

"you too, Lou" one of the most powerful lines in the show in my opinion. It shows just how done will is with him
