In this video, I visit my friend David, an ex-paratrooper in the US Military at his apartment at Marco Polo Residences Cebu to view his new home, find out how much he is paying, and hear why his opinion of the Philippines has changed so dramatically after just three weeks.

David arrived in the Philippines unsure whether he wanted to stay after a disappointing start. After trying several Airbnb apartments in Cebu, he eventually found a condo he loved and immediately signed a one-year lease at Marco Polo Residences.

We take you inside his Cebu condo, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and incredible views over Cebu City. We also look at the Residence's amazing facilities such as swimming pool, gyms, shop, golf simulator room, spa and other facilities available to residents.

The conversation goes beyond the condo tour.
