I saw a video of some comedian making fun of the people who visit Montreal  expecting it'll be just like Paris. Frankly, from what I've been hearing and reading about Paris lately, I'll take Montreal anyday of the week.

Proud Montréalais here, you really did my city justice. Amazing video! You're now my go to inspiration for Canadian travel, I really haven't visited my own country as much as I should clearly!

Will be in Montreal for 3 days at the end of an upcoming Viking Cruise.  Last time there was when I drove my new Austin Healey 3000 with my kid brother to visit Espo '67.  Can't wait.  Thanks for the update.

Travis congratulations on another great video.  Having been a charter coach driver (chauffeur) for several years I always liked taking tourists from other countries (France, Germany, Spain, etc.)mostly and doing the city tour of Montreal. The thing that they liked, we would take them up to the top of Mount Royal after an early supper to watch the sun setting “amazing “ on a clear day and watching the city lights come on.

I must say that when Windsor Station was closed and the tracks ripped up to build the new Montreal Canadians arena I cried , I still have a hard time going to the station concourse and seeing it so quiet after experiencing the hustle and bustle for a good 30 years. I know the commuter lines come in near by but it’s not the same vibe in the station.

Great video! Montreal is one of my favourite cities. I actually just finished a paper on the city's religious architecture, and I’m starting my master’s in the history of French Canadians in Western Canada at UBC this fall. Love to see videos of Canada's rich history and culture!

We love Montreal as well and also do the stair climb up Mount Royal each visit!  Pretty sure we’ve walked by that spa near the waterfront and did wonder how one would even get over there.  Great video, keep it up!

I'm super late, but wanted to let you know next time you're in town you need to hit up Fairmount Bagles. Truly superior to St. V...also their arch nemesis lol. Also ( I hate to be this person) but try Snowden Deli - Schwartz's isn't what it used to be sadly (still a must visit though, just to say you've been).

Great video. I have watched several of yours and enjoyed them all.
I have been to Montreal several times over the years primarily for the F1 races. One time in the middle of winter we took the overnight train from Toronto and returned on the day time express. Great fun!
Now living in Florida where trains are scarce. If you ever get down this way let’s have coffee and play a round of golf.

The Quebecois culture really makes Montreal the most interesting place in the country, proof the Quebecois are right for fighting for themselves.

Great video as usual Travis, loved seeing the bagels and smoked meat and the architecture.  Sadly the closest I got to Montreal was changing planes at Dorval.
