Punta Prima restaurants, shops, services 800m... Alameda del Mar restaurants, shops 1km, La Florida restaurants, services 700m, everything is spaciously built in a cozy palm boulevard and its own small shopping center with, among other things, 3 recommended restaurants.
When living here you don't need a car for yourself. 🌴 ☀️

Supermarket, medical centre, vets, cafes, library, petrol station, cafes, restaurants, bars, hairdressers, tennis courts and paddle courts, chiropodist, dentist.....
