At "Tuyết Bún Chả 34," a popular bun cha restaurant selected for the Michelin Bib Gourmand, I savored their exquisite bun cha with charcoal-grilled pork and a sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Furthermore, I compared bun cha at "Bún chả 74," a local shop tucked away in an alley, and also enjoyed traditional pudding and shaved ice topped with plenty of fruit.

I also strolled along Train Street and the surrounding cafe and restaurant district, enjoying the authentic Hanoi atmosphere.
