Lewis humiliating Carmen is despicable and disgusting. Nestor fighting when she's losing very telling. They have a job to do, but neither is likeable...😒

the orange notebook is definitely not a journal. she didn't say "this morning", she wrote "that morning" like in hindsight. maybe it was her "walking the dog" 😂

If I were on the jury, I’d have a very difficult time believing any of these gotcha moments from the defense, especially after the whole open marriage debacle. That made it perfectly clear just how far the defense attorneys are willing to and calls into question any point they’re trying to make. They’ve done so much damage, that even if they’re making a valid point, I can see how the jury would disregard it because they’ve repeatedly proven that they’re willing to twist, manipulate, and mischaracterize the facts. If there’s any ambiguity they’ve left after a cross, id have to believe the opposite of what they’re wanting me to take away from that since we’ve seen in 4k how they operate. I’m astonished that these people have been in practice this long and this is the best they can do. It’s like this is the first case they’ve ever defended with how amateur and immature they present themselves.

Its insane to say that Eric put gummies in her luggage without her knowledge AT THE AIRLINE, especially when she insinuates it happened repeatedly. If he did it once, maybe (and I did not find her friend Allie to be truthful. She was there obviously to help Kouri). If he did it repeatedly, that's on her. That means, if she knew he had done it before, that she did nothing to stop it happening again. Besides, she repeatedly told people after his death that he NEVER took drugs. Now she claims he was an addict and passed out high every night.
