be 60 in December. I’ve followed you since you started. One recommendation I would make, for whatever it’s worth, is to quit the beer. It may not mean much but I quit about four years ago. I realized how much of my health and time and money I wasted. I’m just more focused on my health, the gym, etc now (at 59). All the best. Thanks for sharing. 🙏
