DONT FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE!!!

If they talk back you make them condition. It’s not about the routine it’s about respect.

The younger ones are more respectful than the older girls

For this team to be a level 4 they lack discipline and technique. Coaches are too lenient. You guys need a technique clinic. Especially a stunt clinic. Its no was a simple prep stunt shouldn’t be wobbling everywhere.

As a retired level 5 cheerleader, I just wish they had a little more respect for their coaches and themselves. The team would have A LOT of potential if they would listen and give their 100% effort without making excuses, always laughing, or halfway doing things. You can’t win if you don’t have the technique or the class. They have sooo much potential to be great, but they gotta act like it. I think they would benefit with some technique training to learn how to be tighter, neater, and clean in their movements. That will truly set them apart from just “hitting their routine” and being champions.

This would be a different team if they do cuts for the ones who don’t want to act right fr

Not the giggling during push ups 😩  As a coach, that's so irritating. Like, hurry up so we can get back to working!

As someone whose coached a national winning team, I suggest that all coaches NEVER sit down at any point ... stand up, walk around, be active, interact, etc!

Those push ups are a joke , my coach would never let that slide

The light skin skinny girl with the braids is so good and calm

As a fellow cheerleader you gotta have more discipline than this. Practice time should be spent productively. The extra talking is extremely unnecessary. Cheer isn’t cheap by any means. It is a privilege to do what we do and reap the benefits of this amazing sport. At practice hair should be up, shoes should be on, and practice attire should be worn. If you are passionate about what we do this isn’t for you because a lack of effort and energy can get people hurt. Not to mention there are people who can do every skill you do the same if bot better than you who would be glad to be in you position. I may sound harsh but this sport is something I’m passionate about and it bothers me how they take this blessing for granted

They get mad that spears is always been talked about in a great light because she literally comes to practice and do what she’s suppose to do.shes a great tumbler/cheerleader,a great leader, and you never hear her back talking/arguing or being disrespectful to the coaches! So instead of hating just come to practice and put in the amazing hard work as she do,RESPECTFULLY!!!

Y’all need Eddie and Orbie cause if my coaches caught us acting up it would have been straight conditioning

Another tip, it also will help if they are all wearing the same outfits like the same shirts because then it’s easier to see everything like transitions and the routine in general. And that person shouldn’t be wearing a hat, it is dangerous.

It’s definitely ok with having a practice filled with laughter but excessive playing 😬 be more respectful if they say condition don’t half step it’s only helping y’all! And also please get them in the habit of wearing shoes definitely can lead to serious injury. Lastly stop fighting each other in the stunts work together💕

5:45 SHE DID IT SO CLEAN AND SLOW.

Please wear your cheer shoes during practice. It’s a safety hazard/issue. Also, if my team had talked and giggled as much as this team does, we would have ran laps/conditioned. The stunts are getting better, but you can tell that some of the flyers don’t trust their bases. And trust is key during stunting. But I can definitely tell a difference in the stunts. Keep up the work Ladies!!

it’s like they don’t want to be there. they aren’t going full out, they are just going through the motions and you guys are allowing that. my coach makes us practice something over and over until it is perfect , no falling, no lazy motions, messy jumps , etc. you guys should be able to do a basic prep without falling and shaking. maybe they aren’t strong enough , i suggest constant conditioning. also  everyone wears the same thing with cheer shoes. no back talk or anything

Destiny and Spears are an amazing tumbler and their jumps are crazy good height and flexibility wow

What is sooo funny that's all they doing is laughing giggling like stop talking thats why yall keep doing conditions push up running cause all yall do is talk ....so stop talking
