Spears group for me! The flyer heel stretch she squeeze and everything is tight. She keeps it up as well as the bases they'll have it down

Their flyers need to be tighter and cleaner it’s like they are all over the place especially the one in the blue

condition .
At my gym we condition for everything
Not yelling counts: a plank for a minute. If someone falls they have to restart.
Not doing a pass or tumble touch: do it 4 times in a row with no mistakes .
stunts not hitting: bear crawls.
In a fullout
Tumble touch = 1 mat
Stunt falls= 1 mat
And if performance isn’t good and no energy that means bearcrawls, planks, and running
AND every time before practice we all stretch and drill jumps like crazy

The reason that the girl in the blue set (WHICH IS SO CUTE) fell and was kinda unstable was because she was at an angle and when you go up straight and then when they try to throw you again in where you are out of place it is hard to catch that foor

I have no idea how I even ended up here... I’m a 36 year old woman who has never done cheer or anything like this in my life. I know nothing about the sport but I am not completely addicted to this team! I keep watching episode after episode. I love every one of these girls. So talented and strong. I love their drive and persistence. Great teamwork. Very talented and motivating. I’ll never do anything like this in life but they definitely motivate my old behind to get up and go after the things in my life that i need to!! One thing though is I’m trying to learn everyone’s names LOL are there bios anywhere? 🤣😂🤣 thanks for these vids!! You guys keep at it!! Y’all are great and will go far in life with whatever you are called to do! Love y’all 💜💜
