i LIVE for people discovering Firework like YESSS that’s the queen 😭 their dance always gets me too, no matter how many times ive watched the performances. they’re just THAT good. also you should really check out &TEAM dance cover of “Twilight” with Aoen (their juniors from the same label before) 4 members of &team danced in that cover! (K, Fuma, Nicholas, and Yuma!) or check out Big Suki by &TEAM. trust me, you’ll be gagged. K made the WHOLE choreography for Big Suki too 😋

I like NEED you to watch the supernova cover they did

fun fact: K made the 1st and 2nd chorus choreo :D

ugh this video just reminded me all over again of why i fell in love with &team in the first place. their choreos + the members' execution of delivering the song is just so so perfect

I LOVE the amount of &team content we are getting🥹🫶🏻

18:48 No literalyyyyyy me everytime I watch this dance practice

Hey guys I'm SO freaking excited 🥹🥹🥹

9:55 that was yuma!!😸

The second dance practice you saw had the song shortened because it was presented on New Year's Day on a very famous Japanese program, and they were invited for the first time along with other artists, literally all the artists who performed shortened their songs because they were performing one after the other; there were no breaks.

6:35 love the bird version of the little logo sound
9:10 it is part of the story! It has to do with the ✨️lore✨️
13:19 it's not a preview of a song (unfortunately bc it does sound beautiful)
17:37 yes that's fuma! You're honestly doing an amazing job pointing them out, i'm proud 🫰
27:07 that's why we say K runs the practice room like the military (bc he's the one that leads them in dance practice), fuma even said they tried to sincronize their breathing and eye movements at one point... they're insane
Also do I sense Harua coming for your bias line? My prediction of him becoming your bias stands 😌

Harua coming for your bias line

Oh to experience listening to fireworks for the first time again 😭😭the og ❤song

LET'S GOOO god I could legitimately write a real full-length media analysis essay on the Firework MV even WITHOUT the external lore elements but I will spare you that, at least for today. I'll just say that the MV is non-chronological and there's a before and after happening there.

The girl (and the epilogue with K and her) is a lore thing and it's complicated, but in my opinion, Firework stands on its own without knowing anything about the lore, because it tells its own complete story.

"This I think is better than the music video" THANK YOU I AGREE (even though I LOVE the MV, so so much, and will write that essay one day). I almost always (personally) prefer dance-only fixed-camera versions of all their songs, because their choreos are so narrative-driven and always let them tell the story of the song with their bodies directly without interruption for scenery and plot shots and they are SO. GOOD AT IT. AUGH

Anyway I'd die for their choreo team. Also their songwriting team. And their production team. And their management team. Basically every single person behind &TEAM being &TEAM who aren't themselves &TEAM are my heroes.

Note: the last one was an abridged version altered to incorporate stairs because they performed it at Kohaku Uta Gassen, a Japanese New Year's Eve TV special. They hadn't performed it in quite a while so that practice was them brushing up on it.

RE: chronological order: Firework is their third, you missed Scent of You. That one's lighthearted but REALLY fun choreo-wise and a jam in general.

Wow I am truly incapable of being succinct. Sorry again! (:

OMG QUEEN FIREWORK!!! You’re feeding us so well thank youuuu😭💖 actually I need you to watch dance practice & live performances after every single Mv/song cuz their performances are always insane & the most satisfying thing ever to watch. And highly highly recommend W.O.L.F (second to none concert) live stage. That song is fire!!!
Next songs in order- Road not Taken, War Cry, Dropkick, Really Crazy(also choreographed by K, recommend live stage) and Alien. After that, it’s time for 4 seasons era( try not to cry)

If you want to see more technical choreography, watch their 'Road Not Taken' dance practice!

The final performance you watched was actually for a New Year’s event in Japan and apparently they didn’t have much time to perform so they shortened the song (they skip the whole second verse) so that’s why it’s only 2 minutes

Their Firework performance at Saitama super arena (stage clip) is peak. Insane visuals. The most Barbie (K) and Ken (Maki) has ever looked.

yesss i love seeing people get into &team!

The end of the video is a heavy lore section. The blood moon, there's the belief that "the first person that a werewolf sees someone under a blood moon, that person is their mate/love" (or something to that effect. I understand a good chunk of the lore, but cannot explain it well.

The girl is Sooha (also part of Enhypen's lore). She's basically the start of everything lore wise for the two groups. (I'll get you a good lore video if you want, just it might give you some spoilers mv wise so I haven't given it to you yet!
