15:04 as a former farmer and wildlife enthusiast this pisses me off. I've found a dead deer in the woods with a fawn hanging out of it, one leg free, neck turned back freshly passed.

A wild deer pulled a bad hand and died trying to birth a fawn in the wrong position. With no due respect she can piss clean off with this idea that nature knows best. Nature just exists. Shes a grifter.

I've heard multiple times that handwashing was the most impactful medical marvel in human history. It seems so obvious now but for most of human history germ theory didn't exist and it's wild to me to just disregard that. We have documented evidence of what happens when people don't wash their hands yet people like this just ignore it. Why? Seriously why? Do they think they're better or smarter?

I have 2 medically complex kids and my mother in law is a midwife. This free birth shit is so dangerous and ridiculous. You have no idea what you’re doing or what can go wrong during a birth. My daughter needed immediate medicine to keep her alive after birth. These people are just reckless and selfish! 😢

Knowingly denying yourself access to healthcare for your growing child when we live in a country that allows for it is another level of ignorance and selfishness; thousands of pregnant women currently in Afghanistan would love to have a midwife or even a sonogram but because of their Taliban led country they cannot have this because they won’t allow for female doctors and males cannot provide the services of maternity care. She is only putting herself and her child at unnecessary risk in order to look contrarian and gain social status points. Absolutely shameful.

Free birth also exists based on survivorship bias. If you almost die because of one, or just die, then you dismiss the movement or no longer advocate since you dead. As a result, this unsafe idealogy gets popularized. Also, the medium one gets there information from influences this heavily. Tiktoks or shorts due to their nature will promote beliefs that aren't as well grounded in reality
