That was exactly Maynard’s goal as the vocalist, to be seen (and heard!) as just another instrument in the band.

Bro, you have no idea how deep of a rabbit hole you just uncovered...

Lateralus as your first tool track is the definition of diving into the deep end

Be prepared to love every single song but never be able to pick a favorite 😂😂

You ready to go down a truly transformative music rabbit hole? Continue with Tool. They never miss. You should try out more music from this album. The Grudge or Parabol+Parabola together (the transitions is one of the greatest in historyt)

Lateralus is a masterpiece! If you wanna see the drummer live, there is a famous drum cam (Danny Carey - Pneuma), he is absolutely insane live!

Someone sticking their head down the Tool hole for the first time is so fascinating to watch. It only happens once. It's like a clueless Alice finding a rabbit hole and falls down in it. Their naive curiosity turns in to something that changes inside them forever. They see the world different, like a third eye opening.

"You take the blue pill, the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes."

There's no snare in your headphones...lol. That was all riding the hi-hat.
