My Mam passed away on Tuesday. Watching your video this morning has given me a tiny escape all be it temporary from the immense grief.
Thank you.

Great to see that Fawlty Towers hasn’t ruined the Torquay hotel industry

Glad you guys managed to stumble across Retro Revival in Torquay. Mathieu is one of the good ones trying to keep gaming alive and his little shop is a favourite hang out of mine, looking for hidden gems and great consoles.

Was weird to not have a wednesday video. But glad to see youre back

Bro in the shop just found his new Sunday morning show and he’s starring 😭😭😭😂

That french guy was sound. Was rooting for him to have you with Dhalsim😂

Toxic panda is my uncles shop!

That chap in the first shop had such a lovely welcoming voice and energy! Love the enthusiasm ❤

Love seeing people visit Retro Revival X in Torquay, it's a great place and the owners always happy to do a fair deal and help out. Definitely one of the nicer atmosphered places we have here in the south west.

My favourite YouTube channel, this channel is a credit to you mate.
I’m with you all the way to completion of both 16 bit sets!

Love RRX and Mathieu is always so warm and pleasant, he's outlasted the competition in TQ and hopefully the store will stay open for many more years to come! So knowledgeable about different toys and especially legacy game consoles, good prices, good trade options and their repair tech is super friendly too (on the rare occasions he manages to get in ;) )

it sounds like you had a bit of a Fawlty Towers experience while in Torquay, I'm glad you and James got out of there.

Love your videos man, reminds me of tuning in on Saturday morning cartoons and shows, gives me the same feeling. Keep doing you dude, great content and great host . Peace and blessings 🤝

Take your cap off - CEX, yes!! This happened to me too when buying a gamfrom behind the counter, it was bizarre.
I get some stores may struggle more with theft, but wow!
Keep up the great videos!

Got to say the street fight in the shop, that's what missing gaming is missing in modern gaming

It always surprises me how low your subscriber count is. The quality, time and effort you put in to it. Definitely one of the better UK channels on here. You should have that 100k plaque by now. An injustice in itself

Some amazing shops in Torbay the tension in that game can’t believe you disrespected him in his own shop 🤣😂 Mathieu and RRX ledgends

I think they make you take your hat off when handling the higher value items so there is a clear shot of you on CCTV, though in my experience it's mainly been hoodies being up that they've asked people to remove rather than hats.

Maybe there's just been an increase in thefts around that area so they've been more strict about it or something.

Great vlog, that fight on street fighter i was on the edge of my seat lol should of been pay per veiw 😂

Hey the street fighter 2 vhs you saw was part of the anime street fighter 2 v series. Came out just after the animated movie if memory serves me. Manga did release each of the 4 series on dvd (of which i have them all :-) )It’s a bit cheesy but still a fun watch as a sf fan.
