DogsorCaravan's news program, "Monday Night Run powered by Goldwin," delves into the week's events in the world of trail running, along with the underlying dynamics. It premieres on YouTube and is available as a podcast every Monday night.

This week's episode begins with the Fuji Mountain Relay, where the Heisei Mountain Club ended the Gotemba-Takigahara Self-Defense Forces' 10-year winning streak. This is the first time since the two divisions were separated in 2005 that the winning time in the general division has surpassed that of the Self-Defense Forces division. In the American Badwater 135, course records were broken for both men and women, finally shattering the record held by Yoshihiko Ishikawa for seven years. Furthermore, we cover the continental-scale FKT, which has been reported in North America and Europe over the past two to three weeks, as well as the Chamonix mayor's criticism of the UTMB, the significant reduction in the Hong Kong 100's entry capacity, and the cancellation of races due to wildfires—all concerning how mountains are used. This week's episode focuses on the single theme: "Who uses the mountains, and how?"
