This was when every time they played, you watched even if you were a fan of another team. It was compelling, gripping baseball theater

Reminds me of Man Utd and Liverpool in football, one always seems to be on top when the other is down.

NY Yankees vs Boston Red Sox had epic battles in past. especially in 1978,2003 and 2004 American League Championship series.

As a Phillies Fan The Yankees Red Sox Rivalry is One Of My Top Favorites in Baseball At #1!

Not a Yankees fan but Mariano is just the GOAT closer. Three close out innings in a game seven is just legendary

Next stop for the rivalry: 2019 London Series

They should make another documentary about this Rivalry in a few years.

Hopefully the rivalry can be this intense again

This is the greatest rivalry of ALL TIME IN ALL OF SPORTS.  No other rivalry comes close

It’s seems the rivalry is back on 2018

Their rivalry was shown worldwide when they competed against eachother in London for the first time in European history in 2019.

I’ve been a Yankees fan, Jeter was my favorite, who can forget about the legend Babe Ruth., this rivalry is like oil and water

20:24 I wish Fox coverage had stayed with that camera angle, instead of cutting to Posada. I don't think I've ever seen Matsui show so much emotion before or since.

Ever since this 2004 ALCS series the Yankees aren’t the same the way they used to be no more.

Hour before the A.L wild card game, perfect time to watch this
