Unison | AI Sci-Fi Short Film | Higgsfield Film Festival 2026

What if every human being were exactly the same — thought the same, acted the same, wanted the same things? Would we finally eliminate hate, war, and violence? Or would we lose the very thing that makes us human?

Unison is my answer to that question. It follows an ordinary man who finds the courage to stand alone against an authority that promises peace through sameness. Because I don't believe uniformity is what saves us — I believe it's our differences that do. Our disagreements, our strange tastes, our stubborn individuality — that's what has always pushed us forward. Every idea worth having came from someone willing to think differently. Even in our differences, we still find our way back to each other, and I think that's the most human thing there is.

This film is for anyone who has ever felt like the odd one out, like they don't quite belong. You do belong — exactly as you are.

I also want to be honest about how this got made. I built this entire film with very limited resources — every shot capped at 10-second generations, which meant constantly breaking scenes apart, rebuilding continuity by hand, and fighting the format at every turn just to tell the story I wanted to tell.
