Yes, the dates are wrong! I don’t know how we managed this, but everything is off by a year. I’ll blame it on my 2022 being a mess.
Anyway, this video begins in March 2023.

Okay the year being wrong throughout the video had this like... unintended dramatic dread hanging over the whole thing as we got closer and closer to June as June 2022 was when Graham was diagnosed with cancer (he's better now). Was worried we were going to have see throughout the video Graham having these like... foreshadowing moments of his health declining.

But this is 2023 not 2022. And we are actually seeing post cancer-free Graham get stronger as time goes on 💪

"And that bathroom we are keeping"

Ah yes, Studio P.

Nelson's kids endorsing him as a good parent is adorable "We're pretty terrible parents already ..." "What are you talking ABOUT?!!"

48:00 as a professional mover of 5 years now, I wish more people would follow this advice

Sometimes it's easy to forget that LRR is, like, a real, legitimate business with office space and renovations and everything. Y'all have come a long way since "How to  Talk Like a Pirate," and I'm continually thrilled with what you've built.

One thing that doesn't get said enough is how handy so many of you are. You're not just managers, editors, or screen talent, but so many of you are fully capable of hands-on blue collar work and it's such a joy to see come together.

Endless thanks for the running commentary from the editors. The snark brings much joy.

Man, the LRR community is so nice and tight knit.
I realized watching this a weird mental block I had. Like I can see a "small streamer group" buying a place to set up shop in, many do. But the idea of them just full on renovating the actual ARCHETECTURE of the building?
It was then I questioned what was going on and went "Wait... LRR's not small, why did I think they were small?"
Answer; because the community is so nice and friendly, and the streamers themselves feel like a "member of the community" not a far off entity.
Love you all LRR, hope this community stays this way forever... (but bigger so you guys can get paid more)

Blueprints! Now our Sims 4 Moonbases can be even more accurate!

17:27 Ah, internet cables, a thing that will notably never cause LRR any problems ever again at any point ever :)

And goodbye to Cameron, who we forgot to inform.

So i THOUGHT "I have seen this before, what is it doing in my timeline now?"
Turns out, that was Studio B Renovation from 2019 ...
What is time?

You know that feeling when you forgot you were waiting for something you're excited for and then it shows up? That

One of our astute Desert Bus Volunteers told me about "Lighting Bolt" a few busses back. It is now all I see when entering that kitchen.

14:01 When Graham puts his face through the wall here - I can't help but remember the Hbomberguy Video "SELL THEIR HOUSES TO WHO BEN FUCKING AQUAMAN"

Always love loading time. Showing how the sausage is made makes me happy. Also finally seeing how big studio C is was shocking. Even on the Live bits where “all” of studio C is shown didn’t give the real dimensions of that room. That is one huge stage.

Thank you for the tour and the sausage.

The tape signs for the movers is a move you come up with after moving a huge studio complex multiple times.

13:50 "JUST ONE SMALL PROBLEM - SELL THE HOUSES TO *WHO*, BEN? F-CKING *AQUAMAN*?"

Every time they show the road from the ferry, I think “Look out for werewolves “.
