george's joining the house of lords with this one 😭

9:36  Honestly I would say it’s common courtesy to ask to post photos of someone else’s child

Feeling like people don't like you because they're nice to you and you choose to perceive it as disingenuous is a WILD problem to invent for one's self!

It doesn't sound like those parents got mad at or expected the grandparents to already know not to post the pictures without permission; they just requested that they do so in the future.

If bowling isn’t your thing… JUST GO SAY HI, GIVE THE CHILD HER GIFT AND WHISH HER HAPP BIRTHDAY AND THEN LEAVE!!!!! OMG

That niece birthday party post is peak redditor

The victim blaming on the person who had the camera stolen is insane, how are you calling someone an asshole for not instantly wanting to report their close friend who betrayed them to the police?

That camera one...good riddance to that "friend", honestly. She's been sponging off you for decades and is obviously spoiled enough to just steal something, not care, "lose" it (or sold it) and not take any responsibility.
Sod her. If she can't respect you or your friend's property, or even admit to what she did, then what else is there? Cut her out of your life.

My niece had a bowling birthday party a couple of years ago.  I also was not in the mood to bowl, but I showed up, talked to the other guests and skipped the bowling altogether.  Yes, kid parties suck, but you show up and make the best of it.

Brian May has fallen off since Queen's disband

as an autistic person, i would MUCH prefer someone telling me they didn't like a gift i gave them so i can give better ones in the future. especially for relationships that are going to last years like familial ones.

Been given gifts in the past I already owned one of - never told the person just thanked them as I knew it came from a place of kindness. Eventually I do give them away but no need to put the burden on the person gifting them.

Not putting a picture of anyone at all into public without permission should be common sense, how you and reddit came to the ahole verdict is beyond me.

the lego dude sounded insufferable. I feel bad for their mom

8:52 I personally don’t feel like “they’re old” is an excuse. My father is in his early 70s and my mother is in her mid 60s.
My parents ask permission or at the very least put their posts on Facebook of my daughter to “friends only”. There are too many creeps out here in this world to be posting children half hazardly online.
