🔦 My complete British survival guide is on sale now. The full kit list and the thinking behind it, so you pack to move, not just to store: https://stan.store/survivalsteve
There is one difference between a paratrooper and a prepper, and it changes everything. A prepper packs to store. A soldier packs to move. Everything an airborne soldier owns has to go on his back, be marched for miles, and still work at the end. In this video I go through nine things a paratrooper packs that most British preppers never think of. The metal cup that beats a fancy stove. The cheap item that treats what kills you fastest. Food counted in calories, not tins. And the one discipline that makes every other item actually work.
None of it is expensive. Almost all of it is sitting in an army surplus shop this weekend. This is general information, not medical or professional advice; a tourniquet needs proper training and only genuine kit should be trusted.

00:57 The metal cup that does everything

12:35 The kit that stops a bleed
16:18 Food counted in calories
19:17 Keeping your kit bone dry

25:15 Whether you can carry it
