If war broke out tomorrow, the AR-15 you bought for exactly that day might be the WRONG gun to bet your life on. In this video we rank 7 survival rifles from worst to best for a real collapse — and the gun that quietly wins isn't the tactical black rifle everyone hoards. It's a 130-year-old design your great-grandfather would recognize on sight.
We break down the ammo you can actually stockpile cheap, the guns that feed your family AND defend your home, the rifles that keep running when they're filthy, and the one that's legal in all 50 states while the AR-15 gets banned and confiscated state by state. If you're building a survival gun stockpile for SHTF, this is the list you need before the shelves go empty.
Chapters:
00:00 — Intro
00:57 — The Long-Range Precision Rifle
02:08 — The Bolt-Action Deer Rifle.
03:08 — The Pump 12-Gauge Shotgun.
04:15 — The .308 Battle Rifle.
05:38 — The AR-15.
06:53 — The AK (7.62x39mm)
08:04 — The Pistol-Caliber Lever-Action.
The truth is the internet arms for a movie — plate carriers, muzzle brakes, duels across an open field. The real collapse looks like holding a door, feeding your kids, and living off whatever you could legally stack in a closet before it started. Judged on THAT fight, the best survival gun isn't the scariest one. It's the one still working, still fed, and still yours when it matters.

the Remington 760/7600 pump carbine or rifle in 30-06 ......faster follow up shots and 3-4x the firepower of the lever rifle in one of the most readily available cartridges on the planet.....
My Remington 760 carbine is my go to defense weapon so I practice what I preach......
