So Alessi is allowed to ask whether the cut on his face is consistent with a punch but not allowed to ask if the cuts on his arm is consistent with dog bites. The jury noticed that, unquestionably.

I'm not a nurse, just a long time owner of a large dog, I immediately thought John's arm wounds were dog bites. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to come to that conclusion.

I actually saw Dr Scordi Bello after she testified and was leaving court. She was smiling and happy and I would like to think it's because she refused to play their game and was pleased with herself for doing the right thing! She was never going to lie for them.

Once the doctor said there were no injuries consistent with death from a vehicle, Alessi allowed cogent silence as if to allow that to sink in for the jury.

She said blunt force trauma is the primary cause of death but hypothermia is a contributing cause. She did a good job holding her own with keeping the manner undetermined. I thinks she doesn’t think he was hit by a vehicle.

To be fair, I found her highly intelligent and not want to be persuaded or influenced by anyone else on her findings. She’s not gonna lose her medical license for anybody.!

As a dog trainer/handler, the middle wounds are teeth marks. The end wounds are nail marks.

Chloe, the good dog is actually a hero. The Alberts were going to kill him that night based on how drunk everyone was and the escalation of the fight. Without Chloe helping and biting O’Keefe, the defense would have a much tougher time making their case. RIP Chloe !

Since when is it the judges job to ask the prosecution if they want to object? Its absurd. FBI needs to investigate every case this crooked judge sat on.

As a nurse for 31yrs, with 13 of those as an ER nurse, the wounds on the right arm Are Consistent with a large dog bite. I’ve seen them dozens of times over the years.
