I'm Canadian (Newfoundland) and I stopped watching cable news too much because I was fed up with being advertised at. I try to find material on current events on YouTube more now and I really like your respectful content and perspective.

I’m Canadian, over 60, love geopolitics and don’t bother with mainstream media any longer. I enjoy your videos and have subscribed to keep your content going. Nice to meet you.

Your calm manner and insights have been a breath of fresh air. Thank you.🇨🇦💐

El -- Woman of Mystery!  Keep it that way.

I'm a liberal in a very conservative rural area. It's both amazing and sad that a Dane living in the UK has a more informed, clear view of what's going on in Canada than many of the people I interact with on a daily basis.

Actually, this was very sweet of you to share some of your life with us. It's truly appreciated.

I’m just discovering El ( 2 weeks ago). I must say that El is really special. Wonderful person, from all I can see. I also love that you do your best to maintain your privacy, while maintaining your warmth. Special.

El, you are a rare jewel in the current media landscape. So insightful, presenting the complex world we now live in with such clarity, grace, and dare I say beauty. I don't know how you manage to be so prolific with the production of your high quality videos. I guess your background in computer science helps. Since I started following you in the last month or so I don't think i've missed a single video, but now i'm glad i found this older one where you share some of your personal details because seeing you  every day feels like having a discussion with a friend, which of course makes me curious about your background and origin but I respect that you need to keep some things private. Thanks for all you are doing with this project.

Anyone can cook but baking is where science and art merge.  Beautiful work!

Really appreciate you taking the time to do this, thank you.

I never dared to ask! But always wondered. I love your smarts, humanity and content.

Thank you for being a poet, an artist, a marathoner, a baker, a Christian, an author etc. You have the fullness of life. In one word: Inspiring.

You, El, are also a tease. As a Canadian, I watched this video to learn where you come from that you are so interested my cold home. Now I get to keep wondering. Thanks for what we got though.

Your intellect is fascinating, I had no problem subscribing to your channel, knowing a little more about you just adds to the intrigue, keep up the good work young lady, Cheers from Cleveland Ohio🤗

Nice to get to know you a little, El!
I am happy I found your channel! ❤

Nerdy, poetic, artistic and analytical. Interesting combination. I enjoy your clam, straight forward, no nonsense analysis and presentation of your channel.

Very interesting ❤ thanks El.
And nice with some good content ❤

Love the way you pull the facts and trends together and make sense of them.

You have a personality that's a mile wide abd a mile deep!! Thank you for this!!!
