one must imagine sisyphus and the boulder having a codependent loving relationship with one another

I think Coyote Vs Acme actually has a new catch: right at the beginning, he’s using a magnet glove and ball bearing to pull the Road Runner with magnets… and it actually works! The Road Runner is pulled backward for just a few seconds until the glove powers off.

Chuck Jones once did an illustration with the Coyote having caught the Road Runner, with the Coyote wearing a pair of glasses, implying he's had bad eyesight the whole time.

Well he did successfully catch A bird, just not THE bird

I wonder why we're back to this video all of a sudden

11:38 Coyote’s still chasing him to this day, so that means the Roadrunner got away somehow. I would wonder how he did it but he’s constantly defying logic.

I love that one of the reasons Wile E. was actually able to catch the Road Runner was because he didn't put his trust in the ACME corporation and used a generic brand of rocket-powered rollerskates instead. That's a brilliant joke and whoever wrote that deserves a raise.

10:39 it’s implied in Roger rabbit that the cartoons are merely actors, so all the skits could be considered non cinonical, as such, it’s not out of the realm of possibilities that Road Runner and Wile are friends outside of production.

@NathanSpies 5 years ago

Maybe the coyote would actually catch the roadrunner if he consulted with a wildlife expert and learned that coyotes are actually faster than roadrunners

18:15 I hope I kept the receipt for those batteries💅✨👑

If there’s one thing to take away from this, it’s that it doesn’t matter whether Wile E. Coyote catches the Road Runner or not.
Because in the end, the Constitution triumphs over all. Even kids.

For those unaware, Coyote’s old name, Don Coyote, is a play on the name of the book Don Quixote.

@pidza_hub7532 3 weeks ago

in reality, the true catch was these two catching each other's hearts (they're bonded by their souls)

17:23 what really makes me happy is that Road Runner is smiling for Wile E's photo. And throughout a lot of the shorts, Road Runner regularly checks on him when he experiences a comical injury (such as getting crushed by a boulder) even though he could just keep running. The coyote is literally trying to eat him and Road Runner still cares about and arguably sympathizes with him. What a guy.
