Two brilliant Hampshire pub stopovers… but there was one BIG problem! 🦟

We start at the Horse & Jockey, a fantastic peaceful countryside stopover with a lovely flat field right next to the pub. We highly recommend it if you enjoy a quiet rural park-up.

Unfortunately, the mosquitoes had other ideas!

We then moved on to one of our favourite pub stopovers, the Jolly Sailor, where we stayed for two nights and enjoyed a live band on our second evening. But somehow the mosquitoes were even worse — and we got absolutely covered in bites!
