I know this comment is two years late but I’m JUST getting into golf and wanted some stretches to help my mobility specifically for golf and this is IT! I'm 63, have a hip problem and a lack of flexibility in all areas. I played a lot of sport when I was younger and we never stretched or warmed up!! I wish I'd known these exercises 50 years ago, would've helped with my golf and general mobility enormously!!
