We follow Jill's journey from US Army special training (bomb disposal, lock picking) to her recruitment by Albert Wesker into the Raccoon Police Department's S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team. In Resident Evil 3, everything escalates: contaminated water, the destruction of Raccoon City, UBCS, Carlos Oliveira, the Raccoon General Hospital vaccine, the two-day unconsciousness – and of course, Nemesis-T, whose mission is to eliminate all S.T.A.R.S. agents. Jill barely survives, learns of Umbrella's testing intentions, and escapes the city's destruction.

But the true Jill mystery begins later: The fight against Umbrella doesn't end—it merely changes its form. With the BSAA, Jill becomes an anti-bioterror specialist, until the confrontation with Oswell E. Spencer and, once again, with Wesker in 2006. Jill sacrifices herself, falls to her death with Wesker, and is subsequently held captive in a secret laboratory. There, she undergoes experiments, including the reactivation of a mutated virus fragment, antibody production, P30 testing, and changes such as pale skin and light hair—culminating in her deployment in Kijuju (Resident Evil 5) in 2009, until Chris and Sheva rescue her.

After Wesker's defeat, Jill remains under medical observation for an extended period—leading to a crucial discovery: virus-induced cell changes suppress degeneration—Jill ages more slowly. This explains why she appears outwardly unchanged in later events like Resident Evil: Death Island, even though time continues to pass.
