Love the channel. Vaguely thinking of buying a classic car again and have been glued to your videos. Some crazy high and crazy low prices at the moment. So wish I had dropped the hammer on a 911 the times I so nearly did going back to the 90s.

Thought you might be interested to know. De Tomaso is a quite typical Argentinian name… because like many Argentinians his grandfather was Italian. And Argentina has the largest group of people with Italian ancestry outside of Italy. Over three million Italians immigrated to Argentina from the mid 19th to mid 20th century. The population was around two million at the time. So now over 60% of Argentinians have Italian descent. And the Spanish spoken in Argentina is heavily influenced by Italian and is really a mix of the two.

I was at college with an Argentinian, who I learnt this from, and despite being Argentinian born, the ‘homeland’ to him was Italy.

Did anyone see either of the Porsche 930 s in the flesh? I was surprised at how low a price they sold for, unless they both needed bodywork?

Thanks for this great report. Regarding the Renault, Peugeot, Citroën engine used on the Delorean, I think it was termed the 'Douvrin' engine.

Contentious opinion... a car is a means of transportation. When its no longer driven it has no real purpose.

People think they are being clever by laying up a classic car for decades but I believe you are not doing it any favours by doing so.

Every where you go people are moaning about energy, the cost of living, people on the streets, kids going without and the old dying of the cold, yet we can still find people with money to burn in their pockets, maybe they are the bosses of the Water. Gas/electric companies who have the money to buy these vehicles, and when they do are they putting them on the road or stuck in a lock up for a few years and rolled out to sell at another profit?
